Mike Pearl will demonstrate several real-world applications for Joomla’s ACLs. He’ll also explain how ACLs work, how to effectively use them, and take a glimpse inside Joomla extension code to see how extensions will apply to ACLs. Topics will include:

  - How and when to use ACLs
  - How to create Groups and Viewing Access Levels
  - Using nested groups to select content on the front end
  - Using nested groups to grant and limit access on the back end.
